All tiers include breakfast and dinner, a private AC vehicle with driver (fuel, tolls and parking included), sightseeing as per the itinerary, and pickup and drop at Bhuj railway station, airport or bus stand. Not included: GST, lunch, train or flight tickets to Bhuj, the White Rann entry permit, monument entry fees and activities such as camel rides.

For groups, the vehicle matters as much as the hotel — Kutch days involve long drives between the Rann, Dholavira, Bhuj and Mandvi. All our vehicles are AC with an experienced driver, and daily rates include fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance, with 300 km per day.

Rooms and Tent City for Large Groups
- Book early for peak dates. Group bookings need several rooms or tents on the same night, and peak Rann Utsav dates fill first: 24 Dec – 1 Jan, 14 Jan and 24–28 Jan, plus the full moon nights (23 Nov, 23 Dec 2026, 22 Jan and 20 Feb 2027).
- Tent City stays: Tent City Dhordo includes all meals, Bhuj transfers, sightseeing and cultural programmes. 1-night rates start from ₹6,300 per person for a Non-AC Swiss Cottage; Full Moon and festival dates cost more. Tell us your group size and we will check how many tents are free on your dates.
- Room sharing: tell us how many couples, families and single travellers are in the group, so we plan the right mix of rooms.
- Mixed comfort levels: a large family can split between tiers — for example, parents in better rooms and younger members in standard rooms — while travelling together.

What a Group Tour Covers
- Day 1: pickup in Bhuj, drive to Dhordo, sunset on the White Rann, cultural evening.
- Day 2: Kala Dungar, the Road to Heaven and the UNESCO site of Dholavira, with a night near Dholavira.
